am trying to convert a DVD to IPOD format but I am getting the
following error.

Format not supported DTS"
Normally there are not
just one audio track on dvd . DTS is one of them, the mean is
Digital Theatre System. But on ipod, you need not it. So when
converting, you can choose the other audio track, ie, AC3.
Q: How to set the movie display to the same
size as your iPod screen?
You can set
the "Crop Mode" equal to "Custom" . Then in the screen to the
right, use your mouse and drag the top and bottom (green)
guidelines to the edges of the viewable movie. Then click
"Convert" to convert.
